  I was personal coached by Ervin for six weeks over the circuit breaker period of 2020. I was a university student then who had lost my holiday internship, and felt very uncertain about my job prospects given that I would be graduating in 2021. I think Ervin's coaching came at a great time as I felt directionless and unsure of my future given that the rules of the world changed so drastically in a couple of months. Ervin sat with me over zoom once a week and helped me put together a plan. He gave great advice and anecdotes based on his personal experiences as a freelance facilitator and coach, and he ensured that I had takeaways by the end of each session. He also guided me to set practical achievable goals, and asked me to list out the outcomes that I wanted out of these goals. He is a good listener, and is not afraid to voice out unpopular opinions if he feels it is important for growth. I definitely gained a lot more insight into the life of a freelancer, and I think it was immeasurably helpful given that young graduates during this pandemic would need to diversify their work for the extra income as a cushion.  Ervin has been a stable, valuable, and committed member of the team, bringing his years of experience in facilitation and training into our work.  Ervin is an advance facilitator with aspen3 for many years. He plays a vital role in delivering our advance leadership training fun and insightful for our participants. I am always excited and grateful to have him in the team because Ervin has a very insightful and creative style of facilitation.
